Path A makes your own care network executable. We identify gaps before an emergency, keep every cat’s care profile together, and help the Team contact the right people in the right order.

Confirm
Document who has agreed to provide care and who steps in if plans change.
Coordinate
When notified, the Team verifies the event and follows the approved contact plan.
Maintain
Review people, medical details, documents, and instructions at least annually.
Scope boundary
Path A does not make Feline Transitions the long-term caregiver.
Your selected people retain responsibility for accepting and providing care. Feline Transitions organizes records, verifies the plan, and coordinates the response described in your agreement. If you need us to assess a care or placement commitment, add Path B.
