About Feline Transitions
Built for the moment good intentions have to become reliable care.
A cat’s plan must be understandable to the Guardian who made it, the people who may carry it out, and the Team coordinating the transition.
Our purpose
Reduce uncertainty and prevent avoidable disruption.
Feline Transitions brings cat records, trusted people, funding decisions, legal-document workflows, annual review, and response steps into one usable system. Path A and Path B remain distinct because planning support and accepting care responsibility are different services.
Program leadership
Feline-care practice, social-work insight, and systems thinking.
