Website terms

Use the website as information—not as an unwritten care promise.

These working terms establish basic website boundaries while program and state-specific agreements are completed.

Working website terms · August 20, 2026

Website purpose

The website provides program information, planning tools, intake, and account access. It is not legal, veterinary, financial, tax, fiduciary, or emergency advice.

No automatic acceptance

Submitting information, paying a planning fee, creating an account, or receiving a pathway recommendation does not create a promise of custody, residence, foster care, placement, or lifetime care. Those responsibilities exist only if accepted in a separate signed agreement.

Accurate information

Users must provide information they reasonably believe is accurate, have authority to share it, update material changes, and avoid uploading credentials, unnecessary financial account details, or unlawful content.

Fees and refunds

Program offers will state the price, installment schedule, included work, cancellation rules, and refund policy. Path B funding is separate from planning fees and remains subject to its own agreement.

Availability

Services may vary by state, location, capacity, cat needs, funding, and legal requirements. The program may decline, pause, or propose alternatives when it cannot responsibly accept requested work.

Final terms

These website terms are a product draft. Launch counsel must complete the operating entity, governing law, dispute process, limitations, consumer notices, accessibility contact, and program-specific incorporation language.
