Why state-by-state review matters
Ownership transfer, trust and estate structures, charitable solicitation, foster or boarding rules, insurance, veterinary authority, consumer protection, and unclaimed-animal law can differ. Final agreements must be reviewed for the state connected to the Guardian, cat, and receiving care.
