Information collected
The platform may collect Guardian and caregiver contact information, cat care profiles, veterinary and medication details, documents selected by the Guardian, program choices, communications, case activity, billing records, and technical information needed to operate and protect accounts.
How information is used
Information is used to build and maintain care plans, verify roles, review eligibility, coordinate transitions, provide support, process payments, keep an activity record, improve program operations, comply with law, and protect people, cats, and the service.
Sharing
Information may be shared with people the Guardian authorizes; contracted service providers supporting hosting, files, communications, and payments; receiving-care participants connected to an accepted case; professional advisors; and authorities when required by law or necessary to address safety or fraud.
Data choices
Guardians can request access, corrections, or deletion subject to contractual, legal, safety, and case-record retention requirements. Removing essential information may limit the Team’s ability to maintain or carry out a plan.
Security and retention
The production platform will use role-based access, secure account authentication, audit records, encrypted service connections, and controlled document storage. Records will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the program, agreements, safety, accounting, and legal obligations.
Before launch
This notice is a product draft and must be reviewed for the operating entity, contact address, state privacy rights, retention schedule, vendor list, cookie practices, and any sensitive-data consent required by the national launch.
