Yes. A combined plan can name a trusted primary caregiver while establishing a separately assessed Path B contingency if that person cannot serve. Each responsibility remains clearly documented.

No. Planning fees purchase the selected planning service. Path B acceptance requires a separate assessment, written agreement, verified funding, and available capacity.

The preliminary national planning assumption is $10,000–$15,000+ per cat, but this is not a quote. The required amount depends on age, health, behavior, location, time horizon, care model, inflation, and contingency needs. Accepted Path B plans renew annually at $299 per cat.

The annual review is designed to catch changes. You can update the primary caregiver, name a back-up, or request a Path B assessment when the existing network is no longer reliable.

No. Feline Transitions provides care planning and coordination. Guardians should use their own licensed attorney for wills, trusts, powers, ownership documents, and state-specific legal advice.

Yes. A Team member can create the case, record the Guardian and cats, recommend a pathway, select the service level, and invite the Guardian to review or complete remaining information.
