Payment terms

Know what a payment starts—and what it does not promise.

These terms supplement the Website Terms and the signed agreement for an accepted service.

1. Public enrollment fees

The current public enrollment and annual membership fees are listed on the Enrollment Fees page. A checkout or written proposal identifies the charge, included work, due date, and any approved installment schedule. Legacy Contributions and estate funding are separate from enrollment fees and are governed by their own written instruments.

2. Authorization and installments

By submitting payment, the payer authorizes the stated charge through the selected payment provider. An approved installment plan divides the disclosed obligation; it does not reduce the total amount unless Feline Transitions agrees in writing. Receipts and payment status are maintained in the secure portal.

3. Failed or late payments

A failed or overdue payment may pause work, document issuance, annual readiness services, or activation review until the account is current. It does not create a care obligation. Feline Transitions may retry an authorized payment only as disclosed by the payment provider or obtain a new authorization.

4. No refunds

Enrollment, planning, membership, document-preparation, and administrative fees are nonrefundable once work begins, records or portal access are prepared, or the applicable service period starts. A decision not to continue, inability to complete requested information, a later change in circumstances, or nonacceptance into a separately underwritten pathway does not create a refund right.

5. Required corrections and exceptions

The no-refund rule does not prevent correction of a duplicate or erroneous charge, an unauthorized transaction, a refund required by applicable law, or a written exception approved by an authorized Program Administrator. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method when practicable and recorded in the financial audit history.

6. Disputes

Questions should be submitted promptly through the contact page with the payer name, charge date, amount, and reason—without including full payment-card details. The Finance Administrator reviews the case record and payment-provider history. Chargeback rights and payment-provider procedures remain governed by applicable law and provider rules.
