Access for everyone
Feline Transitions aims to make planning information and program communication usable by people with different access needs.

Use the contact page to identify the page, document, form, or communication creating a barrier and the format or assistance that would help. Alternate formats are provided when reasonably possible.
An accessibility request is not monitored as an emergency channel. When immediate safety is at risk, contact the appropriate emergency service and follow the Emergency Instructions.
Program boundary
Public guidance helps people prepare and coordinate. It does not itself create custody, ownership, placement, residency, fiduciary authority, restricted use, or an emergency-response obligation.
