Raise a concern

Route the concern to the people who can review it.

Separate ordinary service concerns from emergencies and immediate animal-welfare risks.

01

Choose the right route

Use the Contact page for service complaints, record corrections, privacy concerns, accessibility barriers, or suspected financial misconduct. Describe the event, affected record or service, dates, and a safe way to respond. Written complaints may be mailed to: Cats in the City Rescue, DBA Feline Transitions, PMB 40571, Beaverton, OR 97008. Do not mail original estate documents, passwords, access codes, or irreplaceable records.

02

Animal welfare and emergencies

When a person or animal faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service first. Use Emergency Instructions and the activation report for participant events; do not rely on chat for urgent response.

03

Review expectations

Feline Transitions should acknowledge and route concerns, protect information as reasonably possible, avoid retaliation for good-faith reports, and explain any available next step. Confidentiality may be limited by safety, legal, insurance, or reporting obligations.

Program boundary

Only accepted agreements create program duties.

Public guidance helps people prepare and coordinate. It does not itself create custody, ownership, placement, residency, fiduciary authority, restricted use, or an emergency-response obligation.
