01Confirmed organization identity and contact

02Coordinate, do not substitute
A will does not replace an insurance, retirement, POD, or TOD beneficiary form. The participant’s advisers should coordinate trusts, wills, beneficiary designations, direction letters, and the Lifetime Care Agreement.
- ✓Pet trust: dedicated property administered for identified animals
- ✓Lifetime Care contribution: collective program support unless a restriction is accepted in writing
- ✓Keep institutional confirmation and upload a redacted copy to the private workspace
03Acceptance boundaries
Do not name Feline Transitions as trustee, personal representative, attorney-in-fact, trust enforcer, owner, residential provider, caregiver, or restricted-gift recipient without prior written acceptance. Naming the organization does not create an obligation.
Program boundary
Only accepted agreements create program duties.
Public guidance helps people prepare and coordinate. It does not itself create custody, ownership, placement, residency, fiduciary authority, restricted use, or an emergency-response obligation.
