Information stewardship

Share enough to coordinate care—without exposing unnecessary sensitive information.

Understand public pages, protected workspaces, document review, and safer record handling.

01

Public and private spaces

Public pages provide education. The Guardian portal holds participant records. The Team workspace limits operational records to authorized staff roles.

02

Safer uploads

Upload redacted confirmation when full instruments are not needed. Never upload passwords, authentication codes, alarm codes, full payment-card numbers, full account numbers, or unnecessary identity documents.

03

Access, correction, and retention

Staff-controlled statuses document review. Participants may request corrections through the appropriate support channel. Retention and service-provider practices are governed by the Privacy Policy. Chatling may receive device information and the content entered in chat; keep sensitive records in the private workspace.

Program boundary

Only accepted agreements create program duties.

Public guidance helps people prepare and coordinate. It does not itself create custody, ownership, placement, residency, fiduciary authority, restricted use, or an emergency-response obligation.
